About Us
The Tim and Libby Ash Family Foundation (TLAFF) is dedicated to creating an inclusive, thriving society through positive change. With values of accessibility, integrity, and equity, we address diverse needs by supporting child and youth development, social services, health, community development, and animal-related causes. Collaborating with partners, we amplify impact, co-create solutions, and foster enduring partnerships. Our aim is to inspire progress, uplift lives, and leave a lasting legacy of positive change for generations.
Tim and his wife, Libby, the founders of the Tim and Libby Ash Family Foundation, have dedicated much of their lives to creating positive change and fostering a more equitable community.
Both having grown up in Fort Wayne, Tim and Libby developed a deep-rooted connection to their community. Motivated by a shared commitment to giving back, they founded TLAFF as a means to ensure more equitable access to resources and opportunities for those in need.
Tim and Libby have two daughters and a son, and are loving their new roles as grandparents to two grandsons.

Areas of Focus
TLAFF focuses on supporting child and youth development, health, social services, community development, and animal-related causes. Ninety percent of the Foundation’s budget is dedicated to the first four areas of focus; five percent is allocated toward animal-related causes.
Five percent of the Foundation’s budget is dedicated to discretionary grants, allowing for flexibility and responsiveness to emergent needs. These grants remain available until the 5% allocation is reached.
